Here is a little bit about Maryann.

About me...
I am a wife and mother of two great kids and love to craft

How long have you been scrapbooking?
About 12 years

What is your scrapbook style?
I like all pages to be different than the last one. I can do one page and then the next completely do a 360 turn around with style and technique.

Where do you create your projects?
Right now I don't have a designated space so I will bring stuff to the kitchen table or the coffee table. Sometimes at mom's or sister's house.

What is your favorite scrapbooking tools/colors/techniques?
I love my sizzix big shot, spellbinders and punches.  I am a tool queen. Most of my projects are boxes and 3D projects.

Where do you find inspiration?
Everywhere.   Blogs. TV.  You name it.

What is favorite scrapbooking tip?
Just have fun with it.  There are no wrong ways to scrapbook.  Your imagination is limitless.

I am so excited to be a guest designer here at Creative Scrapbooking Divas!  Valentine's Day is fast approaching, so for my first project I made a heart "box" that will hold candy or a gift card.    For the box I used a red manila folder and printed the template on it.  I used my Spellbinders Classic Hearts and Classic Scalloped hearts to cut out graduated sizes.  The large one is some left over DS paper.

Using my Martha Stewart glue pad, I stamped the x's and o's (also Martha Stewart) and glitter.

I put some 3D foam squares to make the hearts pop out.

I stamped some hearts down the side

and Viola!.
My completed box.

To make a handle, I put heart brads that I found this week at Michaels. They were having a 40% off on Recollections embellishments. You can't really tell but they have glitter.

Hope you liked my project!  Thanks to CSD for allowing me to show you my project!
